Back in March, I wrote about Donald Trump's rise towards the Presidency. His vision of making America great again resonated with an audience who were not only tired of costly foreign policy blunders, but the hardship it has placed on their own.
As 2015 draws to a close, its a good time to assess our relevance. As we know, there are challenges on the horizon – none of which we are entirely immune from.
It seems every business publication today has an aspiration to help women ascend the corporate ranks; to gain the recognition they deserve and in the process, reduce the imbalance our nation continues to experience between men and women in business.
As cost pressures build, as they are in a number of sectors, the need for people to prove themselves to those above is taking precedence over a commitment to add value to the intended cause.
