Craig is our founder and principal architect as it was his research on human performance that led to the development of our high-performance system and, ultimately, Performance-OS. Today, Craig continues to lead our strategic intent to help organisations transform the value they add to the world while overseeing our customers’ ability to leverage our process to maximise its impact on their organisation.

Vantaset is the culmination of our founder’s lifetime work.

His insights and passion for performance led to a ground-breaking discovery that explained why some athletes won while the majority fell short.

These observations informed the development of Pro-Sport™, a revolutionary performance improvement process for elite athletes. Following its release, Craig was invited to assist many of New Zealand’s leading athletes, helping them amass more than 20 World Cup and World Championship titles between them.

Following his success with athletes, Craig was asked if he could share his insights with business leaders; essentially to help them do for their people what he was doing for athletes. These engagements led to the development of a purpose-built performance programme to help leadership teams transform the performance and productivity of their organisation.

The first business to trial it (Telecom Business Directions - now Spark) increased their sales by more than 400% within four months, against a target of 5% confirming his process could be applied in business.

The success of the Telecom programme led to more than 40 engagements with some of New Zealand’s most respected businesses within the next few years. Because of its impact, virtually every chief executive asked him if they could use his process to transform the performance of their entire workforce. This led to the development of what many believe is the world’s best high-performance operating system for business which Craig’s team then ‘digitised’ to make it available to a wider audience.

Today, Performance-OS, is seen as the defining operating system for leaders wanting to align their business, lift its performance, and execute their strategy.
