John Frear

John Frear is a senior leader and advisor with more than 30 years of experience across commercial management, people strategy, and organisational effectiveness, working across industries including manufacturing, steel, forestry, and automotive.

In his most recent role, John led enterprise-wide performance, capability and culture programmes across five business units and approximately 1,000 staff. Before moving into the people and performance space, he held country manager and general manager roles with full commercial accountability; experience that gives him a rare combination of frontline credibility and genuine people expertise.

John has joined Vantaset as a Customer Partner to help organisations realise the benefits of Vantaset’s High Performance Operating System Performance-OS™. Having deployed and led this system in practice over the past decade, he knows firsthand the outcomes it can deliver.
